Order Acceptance

All orders placed with pit21 are subject to design approval and material availability. We reserve the right to decline projects that contain copyrighted material for which the client does not hold usage rights.

Artwork & Proofs

It is the client's responsibility to review digital proofs for spelling, color, and placement accuracy.

• Production begins only after written approval of the final proof.
• pit21 is not liable for errors present in approved proofs.
• Colors may vary slightly based on monitor settings and printing substrates.

Turnaround & Deadlines

While we strive for lightning-fast delivery, quoted turnaround times are estimates. Factors such as shipping delays or ISD payment processing times may affect final delivery. We prioritize deadline-sensitive projects for Texas game days and events whenever possible.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If a product is defective or the print significantly deviates from the approved proof, pit21 will provide a replacement or credit at our discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
